Eclipse Technology is pleased
to be able to offer a virtual online store that gives customers
the option of ordering online from the comfort of their
own homes.
We are a small friendly company
that tries to keep up to date with all the products we carry.
We are constantly adding new and improved products to
our selection. If there is a product you need and it's not
listed, please feel free to contact us. We have a large
variety of suppliers that we deal with and can usually source
whatever you're after.

Placing
an Order
Using
the Shopping Cart Feature:
Once you have found the item click on the "add to cart"
button on the product page to place it into your shopping
cart.
You will then have the option of finalizing your transaction
or returning to our site to browse other products. At any
time you can choose "Shopping Cart" from the menu on the left
and you will be brought back to the items in your basket.
You will be given the option to pay by either Cheque or to
complete your order by Credit Card.
Please
note that the Price of items listed on our website is for
Internet Shopping Only. These items are NOT available for
Collection. If you wish to telephone us with your order then
you can do so on 01727 769399. Orders placed by phone will

If you are a bit wary about placing your credit
card information on the internet, you are welcome to give

Note: When paying
by credit card we will only ship to the billing address of
the card. This is an added security measure to protect all
our customers from internet fraud. All charges will be put
through in Pounds Sterling.
Money Order / Certified
Cheque - If you select this payment
method, you will be asked to send (by post) your choice of
a Money Order or a Cheque to our location. Our mailing address
will be provided to you via email if you select this option.

clearly we like to think your order will actually reach you.

Shipping Charges
Orders will usually arrive
within 7 working days after your shipping date. All packages
are insured against loss. Please note
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note we only ship goods throughout Mainland
United Kingdom
Returns Policy
Please do
not just send goods back without first checking on the correct
procedure listed below. In order to track your returns properly,
it is essential that you obtain a RMA Number first. Failure
to obtain the correct number will result in a delay
in processing your return or worse still, your package may
get mislaid altogether (It has been known to happen).
In
all instances you
MUST
contact us for a Return to Merchandise Authorization Number.
Merchandise returned without prior authorization will
not be accepted.
| Faulty
items, which are returned
immediately after purchase, will be retained
for 1-2 days and tested by Eclipse Technology.
If it is found to be faulty then the Customer
will have the choice of a replacement or refund.
Faulty
items, which are returned
after 7 days, will be retained for 7-14 days
and tested by Eclipse Technology. If the item
is found to be faulty then a replacement or
credit note will be issued to the customer.
Non-faulty
items,
which are returned immediately after purchase,
will be retained for 1-2 days and tested by
Eclipse Technology. It is at our discretion
to issue either a credit note or a refund. (Refunds
of non faulty items are subject to a 25% handling
fee.)
Non-faulty
items,
which are returned after 7 days, will be retained
for 7-14 days and tested by Eclipse Technology.
A credit note will be issued to the Customer.
Only under exceptional circumstances will a
refund be given. (Refunds of non faulty items
are subject to a 25% handling fee.)
Software
returns.
Due to the nature of the product,
Eclipse Technology cannot accept returns of
unwanted games or software.These items will
only be replaced if the goods are found to be
faulty.
Prior to the return of
goods you will need to obtain a Return to Merchandise
number from us, simply telephone our support
line on 01727 769399 and a RMA number will be
issued. Please do not just retund items without
first obtaining the required RMA Number as this
will at best delay your return, at worst your
item may not be delt with at all !!
Please ensure the RMA number is marked clearly
on the box and any accompanying documentation,
cables and driver disks are returned.
NOTE:

Damaged
or Incorrect Items:
We only send quality products If possable goods are inspected
before being shipped but in the unlikely event that you received
a damaged item, incorrect item or are missing an item, you
must contact
us within 7 Days for a replacement.

state ON A SEPERATE SHEET OF PAPER "returning the item
due to" and state your reason. Also include the "RMA.
Number" on the outside of the package.

Our Guarantee
There are many
sites out there (some good - some bad), selling the same products
as we do. So, to help our potential customers make their decision
to shop with us we will try to match any lower product price
you find. But please be aware that a lower price does not always
mean better service or quality.
We want you to feel comfortable and secure in your dealings
on the internet and with us so please be weary when ordering
from a company that doesn't provide a direct voice phone number
as we do. Being online shoppers ourselves we know there is nothing
more frustrating then reaching a recording and not having your
call returned promptly or worse still only being able to contact
the company by email and not having your emails returned. We
guarantee that your questions or concerns will be addressed
within a 24 hour period.
